We drove to
Cleveland this weekend to see Uncle Mark (in from the west coast) and to have an early
Thanksgiving with Grandma. We also had dinner at Grandy & Papa Bill's and saw
Uncle Brian (in from Boston for his 25th high school reunion). |
Uncle Mark got everyone laughing this weekend, including himself.
It's no wonder he's a bit goofy, as he spends much of his time at altitudes most of
us only fly at. |
Here's
a photo of photos. Both are "Uncle Mark the mountain ranger" on Mt. Shasta in
Northern California in the summer. The photo at left became the back of his team's
t-shirt. |

& Mom catch some z's after a long night :-) |
Uncle Marty & Jon's new house is in a great
Cleveland Heights neighborhood. It's a perfect for entertaining, and is a fine
example of early 20's craftsmanship. |
Dad
was so intrigued with the faux stone work in Marty & Jon's foyer that he took this
photo of it :-) |
Who's
the audience and who's the entertainers? The birds eat from the new feeder as Eddie
sings a Halloween song from school and Nika roars to scare the birds away! |
Our trusty Sienna made the trip
with a new cargo carrier on top. More room for stuff, but fuel mileage dropped to
low 20's from 30 on the highway (still not bad though). |
Nika
rides on Uncle Mark's back at a great park near Uncle Marty's house. |
